Most students are given a £10 credit on their account at the start of each academic year. This is to cover any printing/photocopying errors during the course of the year.

Your print credit balance will roll over from one year to the next. However, on completion of your course no refund will be given for unused credits. No refunds/re-credits will be given for printing errors, paper jams or any other failure of the hardware. Please ensure that you only top up your account with what you need. If you do have any excess print credit on completion of your course you will still have access to printing facilities for a few weeks so you could make use of this by printing off your CV, application forms or covering letters.
