Most students are given a £10 worth of printing credit on their account at the start of each academic year. The free print credits are given to cover mandatory printing - eg. printing your assessment cover/hand-in sheets etc. -  and in par to compensate for any technical problems such as printing errors or paper jams that you may experience.

Whilst your print credit balance will roll over from one year to the next, upon completion of your course no refund will be given for unused credits. No refunds/re-credits will be given for printing errors, paper jams or any other failure of the hardware. For more information please see the One Print guide.

If you do feel that you have an exceptional case for a refund, then please email your request to it.helpline@northumbria.ac.uk.
