If they have lost money, or, the machine has not vended, customers should ring, or email, to the details on the front of the vending machine, quoting the machine reference number. You will be given a code which you can take across to the Northumberland coffee shop, City Campus East coffee shop, or the cafe at Coach Lane West and a refund will be given from there.
