If you are a recent graduate enquiring about your certificate please note these will be sent out to your registered home address 4-6 weeks after your Faculty notify the Certificates Team of your completion of the degree. This could be between July and September for Summer graduates and January and February for Winter graduates. If you are having any issues please see the Certificates webpage under the section Troubleshooting.
Duplicates or certified copies of certificates can be obtained from the Certificates Team within Academic Registry. For more information please see the Certificates webpage. They can be contacted on 0191 227 4600 or at email@example.com.
If evidence of your qualification is required urgently, please contact the Student Progress Team in Student Central. Please note they cannot produce your certificate but can provide written evidence of your award.
