The Careers Zone is located on the ground floor of the City Campus Library to the left of the Ask4Help desk as you walk in. The Careers Zone offers a range of careers resources and support.
Careers Advisor drop-ins: Access 1-1 support with a Careers Adviser at the Careers Drop-in each weekday. To arrange a drop-in appointment please visit an Ask4Help point at the City Campus Library:
Opening hours: 10am-4pm during teaching weeks: 1pm-4pm during vacations.
Careers Pit Stop sessions: The Careers Pit Stop is a drop-in service offering specialist support with enquiries such as starting a job search, help with a CV or working abroad.
Opening hours 1:00pm-3:00pm every Tuesday and Thursday.
Books and Resources: The Careers Zone holds a range of useful publications, including some take away material. We have a selection of books within the Career Zone at City Campus Library on a variety of subjects, including job search, CVs and application forms, interviews, selection tests, career planning, occupations and workplace skills. Books can be loaned on a weekly basis on production of a current smartcard.
