If you are a student at Northumbria University you can raise an enquiry with Finance on your Student Portal or you can contact Ask4Help on 0191 227 4646 who can raise the enquiry on your behalf. Any response made by Finance will be made in writing directly to the 'My Enquiries' section of your Student Portal. However if you have stipulated that you'd like a callback Finance will attempt to call you as well. Finance operate during normal office opening hours so you should not expect a response after 5pm or at weekends or on bank holidays.
If you are not a student at Northumbria University and are a sponsor or other external organisation you must raise your enquiry via the IT Helpline on 0191 227 4242, or e-mail the team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
