Unfortunately as the London Campus does not have its own library, it doesn’t meet the reciprocal requirements for the SCONUL access scheme. London Campus students, therefore, are not eligible to join SCONUL.
However, there are many other libraries in London in which you might want to study. Some will allow you to access them free of charge whereas others have a membership fee. It is always best to contact other University Libraries in advance if you are planning to visit. There are two free to access libraries which you may find particularly useful:
The British Library welcomes anyone undertaking research at their reading rooms at St Pancras in London, which are only half an hour away from Middlesex Street. You will need a free Reader Pass to do so. For details of how to obtain a pass and access the British Library collections in London please visit the British Library website.
City Business Library is the only dedicated public library for business information, offering free access to the UK's most comprehensive collection of business databases and publications. The Library is situated in Aldermanbury, 15 minutes walk away from Middlesex Street. Further information, including opening hours can be found here.
