The Student Progress Team are based at Student Central at City Campus West (University Library, Ground Floor), City Campus East (Newcastle Business School, Ground Floor) and Coach Lane Campus (Coach Lane Library, Ground Floor).

They work alongside Ask4Help and are responsible for a range of faculty-related transactions such as assignment receipting and collection, personal extenuating circumstances, attendance monitoring and more. They can be contacted either in person at the aforementioned service points, via email or telephone using the details below depending on your course. If you are sending an email please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
