Student Central is a one-stop-shop for all student-facing enquiries at Northumbria University. This includes University Library, Student Support and Wellbeing, Faculty, Careers, Finance, Accommodation and Course Enquiries.
lt has three hubs, at City Campus West (University Library, Ground Floor), City Campus East (Newcastle Business School, Ground Floor) and Coach Lane Campus (Coach Lane Library, Ground Floor).
The teams based at Student Central are the Ask4Help Team and Student Progress Team and they are responsible for handling the types of enquiries listed above. If necessary they will refer enquiries to professional or specialist support teams across the University.
