If there is a mistake on your bank letter, such as your name or course end date then you will need to contact the Student Progress Team in Student Central to amend this, allow 24 hours for this information to update and request a new letter. Following this allow a further 24 hours for the letter to arrive and contact a member of staff at an Ask4Help point who should be able to print it for you.
If you have already requested 2 bank letters you will not be able to request any more yourself. You will need to make the amendments first, wait 24 hours, visit an Ask4Help point and a member of staff will have to generate and print a letter for you.
If your address is incorrect then you can amend this by accessing the Student Portal via the Northumbria University homepage, and/or log onto your MyNorthumbria page and click on the My Records link in the My Info section. Following this select Menu (the blue button at the top of the screen), then the My Details link. You can then proceed to amend your address as required. Please then allow 24 hours and visit an Ask4Help point and a member of staff will print one for you.
You will need to hand over your incorrect bank letter when receiving your new one.
