We run a Careers Pit Stop on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm in the Careers Zone where a member of the Careers Information Team can help with finding relevant information and resources. You can speak to a Careers Adviser at the drop in which is held Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (1pm to 4pm in vacation) - add your name to the list to see them by going to the Ask4Help desk.

There is a section on the Careers & Employment Service website about working or studying abroad, with links to useful general and country specific web sites.  Two useful resources, Going Global and Venture, can be accessed from this page. You can use Going Global to find work experience opportunities world-wide.  You need to be either on-campus or using Simply Web to access these.

We have some books on working or studying abroad in the Careers Zone at City and Coach Lane Library. Most are available to borrow with a current Northumbria student Smartcard.

If you're a Coach Lane Campus student you can book an appointment with a Careers Adviser or send an e-mail to nucareers@northumbria.ac.uk.  To book an appointment for Coach Lane Campus please call 0191 2156540 or visit us in person at Coach Lane Campus Library via Ask4Help. Please note that this service is for students studying at Coach Lane Campus Only.
