Open-access text files archived in NRL can be viewed by anybody - you don't need a user account for this. Some text files archived in NRL are copyright-restricted and are visible only to the Scholarly Publications team. In some cases the restriction expires on a certain date which is shown on the record.
If you are accessing NRL from within the University network, it may be possible to view the published version of an article by following the official URL shown on the record. Also, some records show the 'request a copy' button - this generates an email to the primary author of the item in question, who may be able to share a copy with you.
