Graduates may use the Careers service, in order to do so please visit us at the City Campus Library Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm during term time and 1:00pm to 4:00pm during vacation. This does not include institutional closure days such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Report to the Ask4Help desk and provide details of your course, together with start and end dates and a photographic form of ID. We will then assign you to see a Careers Adviser, appointments are made as a 'drop-in' on a first come first served basis and can last up to 20 minutes, depending on the type of enquiry you have.
If you are unable to visit the Careers Zone we can still provide information and advice. You can also submit your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternatively telephone us on 0191 227 4646 and we will add your details to the drop-in list for that day (provided the drop in session is not already full when you phone) and a Careers Adviser will call you back. Please bear in mind visits in person take priority over phone calls, so we cannot give you a precise time when we will call back, but we will call as soon as possible, and within the drop in hours outlined above.
