If you are using a PC with Internet Explorer 9 or below, you may have problems accessing Passport.
This can be rectified by clearing the cookies in your browser as detailed below:
- Select the Tools menu from the Internet Explorer window, and click Delete Browsing History.
- In the Delete Browsing History window, check the box next to Cookies. You can uncheck everything else if you want to remove only cookies.
- Click Delete to remove all cookies stored in Internet Explorer.
- Close and restart Internet Explorer.
