If you require a letter that you cannot request or generate yourself please request an Exceptions Letter.
Please access the Student Portal via the Northumbria University homepage, and/or log onto your MyNorthumbria page and click on the My Records link in the My Info section. Following this select Menu (the blue button at the top right of the screen), then the Letter Requests link. You will then be presented with a list of letters you can request or print.
Scroll down to the Exceptions Letter section and click on Request Letter. Please provide us with as much information as you can, what you need included on the letter and why you need it etc. You will then receive an email when it is ready to collect from Student Student Support and Wellbeing in the Northumberland Building at City Campus, this can take up to 48 hours.
*Please note certain letters requiring very specific information will have to be requested from the Student Progress Team in Student Central.
