If you have recently had a new smartcard created, you need to visit Sport Central to have it associated with your account. There may be a delay of up to 24 hours for your new smartcard to work on the access control turnstiles at Sport Central.
If your smartcard continues not to work after 24 hours, please contact visit the Sport Central reception desk.
