The article is not automatically saved, so you must open and save your document within 30 days of receiving your email otherwise access from the download link will cease, you will be locked out of the article permanently and a new request will have to be submitted.
To save your document you must use the pop up box which appears at the bottom of the screen when you click the Download link. Click on Save, give the file a name and save it to your chosen location.
We recommend opening your document using Internet Explorer as the option to save may not be available if other browsers are used.
Once saved it should be possible to access the document for up to three years.
