Q. Has my payment been received?


If you have made a payment to your account with us, then you can verify this by checking your outstanding balance via the ‘Finance’ tab on your Student Portal (although please allow 48 hours from the date of sending the payment).
If you have made a payment which does not appear on your account, please raise a query via the portal link to provide us with details of the amount and date paid, the method of payment, and any receipt or reference number provided at the time.

Payment by sponsor

If your fees are to be paid by a sponsor, (e.g. your employer), then we shall require a formal letter from them, for each year of study, consistent with the details on the Sponsor Letter Requirements document on the Student Portal.
(If you have not already provided your letter, then please raise a query via the portal link, and attach your sponsor letter. Alternatively, please give an indication of when it will be available)  
Please note that you will remain liable for any outstanding debt in the event of your sponsor failing to pay.
