Q. There's a mistake on my bank letter - how do I get it corrected?
If there is a mistake on your bank letter, such as your name or course end date, please contact the team in Student Central who can arrange to amend this. You can also contact us by raising an enquiry on your Student Portal. Once the change has been made please allow 24 hours before requesting another bank letter.
If you have already requested 2 bank letters you will not be able to request any more yourself. The amendments will need to be made first, wait 24 hours, visit Student Central and a member of staff will have to generate and print a letter for you.
If your address is incorrect then you can amend this by accessing the Student Portal via the Northumbria University homepage and click on the My Info link on the left hand side of the page. Following this select Menu then the My Details link. You can then proceed to amend your address as required. Please then allow 24 hours and visit an Ask4Help point and a member of staff will print one for you.
You will need to hand over your incorrect bank letter when receiving your new one.
