The Northumbria University School of Law has adopted the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA). This referencing style should be used to reference any Law Reports, Legislation, Books and Legal Journals which you have used in your assignments.

A helpguide to OSCOLA can be found in Library Information Resources for Law available on Skills Plus.
