You can correct it yourself by accessing the Student Portal via the Northumbria University homepage and click on the My Info link on the left hand side of the page. Following this select Menu then the My Details link. You can then proceed to amend your address as required. Once you have done this you should be able to request a second bank letter. Allow 24 hours and visit an Ask4Help point at the University Library, hand in your incorrect bank letter and we will print a new bank letter for you.
If you have already requested 2 bank letters you will not be able to request any more yourself. Once your address is correct, please contact a member of staff at an Ask4Help point in Student Central and hand in the incorrect bank letter if you have not already done so. We can then re-print a bank letter for you with the correct information straight away.
