You can select the reference in your library click the References tab at the top and choose Find Full Text – Find Full Text…
The Find Full Text heading in the My Library panel will show that EndNote is searching for the article and will indicate if the PDF has been found. You will only have access to the file if the Library holds a subscription, or if the file is freely available. If the article is found, a paperclip symbol will display next to the reference.
