You can't reserve a book if it is available on the shelves at your "home" library: if you are a student based at City Campus, you will not be able to reserve a book that is available on the shelves at City Campus Library, but you can reserve a book that is available at Coach Lane Library. This process is the same for Coach Lane students with items held at the City Campus Library.
You can also make a request for any book that is out on loan.
To request a book, you need to be signed in to Library Search, then when you find a book you want to use you will be able to see where a copy is available (or if it is available as an ebook) and, if applicable, be given options to place a request.
