If you are a student at Northumbria University you can raise an enquiry with Finance on your Student Portal or you can contact Ask4Help on 0191 227 4646 who can raise the enquiry on your behalf.
Responses from the Finance Team will typically be made in writing directly to the 'My Enquiries' section of your Student Portal. However if you have stipulated that you would prefer to be contacted by phone, the team will be able to arrange to contact you by phone during normal office opening hours.
If you are not a student at Northumbria University - if you are a student's sponsor or other external organisation you should raise your enquiry via the IT Helpline either by calling 0191 227 4242, or e-mail email@example.com.
